SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called the May 2, 2017, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority to order at 6:55 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Kerry K.
Ferguson, Vice -Chair Brian L. Maryott and Chair Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Ferguson, and carried unanimously to approve Consent Calendar Items B1 through B3,
as recommended by staff.
