Chair Ferguson called to order the June 20, 2017, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Public Financing Authority at 9:33 p.m., in the City Council
Chamber.

Vice -Chair Sergio Farias and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None.
