REGULAR MEETING
Chair Freese called the January 17, 2012, Regular Meeting of the Community
Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors to order at 5:04 p.m.
ROLL CALL:
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Larry Kramer, Sam Allevato, Vice -Chair
John Taylor, and Chair Laura Freese
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT — CLOSED SESSION ITEMS: None
CLOSED SESSION (610.85):
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), the Agency Board conferred
with legal counsel pertaining to one potential item for initiation of litigation.
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Freese called the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
Board of Directors to order at 8.26 p.m.

Board Action: Moved by Director Kramer, seconded by Vice -Chair Taylor and carried
unanimously to approve items 1 and 2 as recommended by staff.
