Vice Chair Taylor called the Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency
Board of Directors to order at 8:35 p.m.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Derek Reeve, Larry Kramer and
Vice -Chair John Taylor
DIRECTORS ABSENT: Chair Laura Freese
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Allevato, seconded by Director Reeve and carried
4-0-1 with Chair Freese absent to approve items 1 and 2 as recommended by staff.

There being no further business, Vice Chair Taylor adjourned the meeting at 8:35 p.m.
