BUSINESS SESSION
Chair Freese called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the Community Redevelopment
Agency Board of Directors to order at 10:10 p.m.
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Larry Kramer, Vice -Chairman John Taylor and
Chair Laura Freese.
DIRECTORS ABSENT: Director Allevato
Agenda item are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Kramer, seconded by Vice -Chair Taylor and carried
4-0-1 with Director Allevato absent to approve item 1 as recommended by staff, with
Director Reeve opposed to approve consent calendar item 2.
