BUSINESS SESSION
Chairman Hribar called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the . Community
Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors to order at 5:05 p.m.
ROLL CALL
DIRECTORS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Mark Nielsen, Dr. Londres Uso,
Vice Chair Laura Freese, and Chairman Tom Hribar
DIRECTORS ABSENT: None
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS
Andrea Hickman, City resident, requested the Agency's assistance with a property line
wall that was taken down for the Habitat for Humanity project that needs to be re -built.
Lisa Lorino, City resident, spoke regarding safety concerns with the property fine wall
taken down by Habitat for Humanity.
Chairman Hribar requested that the property line wall issue be agendize at the next
Redevelopment Agency meeting.
CONSENT CALENDAR
C9. 30 -DAY EXTENSION TO THE FEASIBILITY PERIOD OF THE EXCLUSIVE
NEGOTIATING AGREEMENT WITH COSTCO WHOLESALE CORPORATION,
APPROVED (600.40)
Douglas D. Dumhart, Economic Development Manager, provided a staff report
and responded to questions.
Board Action: Moved by Vice Chair Freese, seconded by Director Nielsen, and
carried unanimously, to approve the 30 day extension to the feasibility period of
the exclusive negotiating agreement with Costco Wholesale Corporation,
approved.

There being no further business, Chairman Hribar adjourned the meeting at 5:18 p.m. to
Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. for a Joint City CouncillCommunity
Redevelopment Agency/Planning Commission Workshop for the Orchards/CLC Project
and then to the Regular meeting of Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.
for Closed Session, and 6:30 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the
City Council Chamber.
