COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Nielsen called the Special Meeting of the Community Redevelopment Agency to
order at 4:06 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL
DIRECTORS PRI -SENT: Sam Allevato, Tom Hribar, Laura Freese,
Mayor pro tem Dr, Londres Uso and Mayor Nielsen
DIRECTORS ABSENT ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT: None
CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code 54956.8, the Agency Board conferred with its real
property eotiators (Executive Director and Economic Development Manager)
concerning the price and terms of payment for the purchase, sale, and possible
lease -to -buy transaction for properties located at 33375 and 33301 Camino
Capistrano (AIN 121-240=50 and 6.68-121-11 respectively). The negotiating
parties include Borrego Development, Inc., Roger Hogan and Peter Ganahl.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF .CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS: There was no reportable action
taken during closed session.
ADJOURNMENT:.
Ther bei g no further business, Chairman Hribar adjourned the meeting to Tuesday,
August 18 J ;9 a 6:30 p.m.. for the business session, in the City Council Chambers.
