Vice Chairman Hribar called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the
San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:05 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Joe Soto, Dr. Londres Uso, and Vice Chairman

BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Sam Allevato and Chairman Mark Nielsen
STAFF PRESENT: Dave Adams, Executive Director; Steve Apple, Deputy Executive
Director; Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Omar Sandoval, Agency Counsel;
Maria Morris, Deputy Agency Secretary; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS - None
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Soto, seconded by Director Uso, and carried
unanimously, 3-0, to approve items 1 through 3 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF NOVEMBER 20, 2007,
APPROVED AS SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED DECEMBER 6, 2007, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $39,475.53, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)

BOARD MEMBER COMMENTS:
Vice -Chairman Hribar reported meeting with Chairman Nielsen in regards to a
beautification program for the City. He will bring it back for discussion at a future
meeting.
