SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chairman Nielsen called the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council
Conference Room.
ROLL CALL
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Joe Soto, Dr. Londres Uso, Vice
Chairman Tom Hribar and Chairman Mark Nielsen
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Dave Adams, Executive Director; John Shaw, Agency Counsel; and
Maria Morris, Agency Secretary
CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9 (c), the Agency Board
considered the initiation of legal action to terminate the leasehold tenancy for the
property located at 26510 Mission Street, San Juan Capistrano.
Mayor Allevato invited public comment on closed session items. There were no public
comments. The meeting was moved to closed session chambers.
RECONVENE: 7:00 p.m. City Council Chambers
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS
Chairman Nielsen announced that the agency Board unanimously authorized the
initiation of legal action to terminate the leasehold tenancy for the property located at
26510 Mission Street, San Juan Capistrano.

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Nielsen adjourned the meeting at 7:05 p.m.
to Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m., for the
Public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
