Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:13 p.m.
ROLL CALL
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Diane Bathgate, David M. Swerdlin, Sam Allevato,
Vice Chairman Wyatt Hart, and Chairman Joe Soto
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: Dave Adams, City Manager, Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer;
Meg Monahan, City Clerk; John Shaw, Agency Council; and Eileen White, Recording
Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS - None
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Bathgate, and
carried unanimously, 5-0, to approve items 1 through 4 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF SEPTEMBER 5, 2006,
APPROVED AS RECOMMENDED BY STAFF.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED SEPTEMBER 14, 2006, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $24,322.65, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)
3. CASH BALANCES BY FUND — AUGUST 31, 2006, RECEIVED AND FILED.

4. REPORT OF INVESTMENTS — MONTH ENDING AUGUST 31, 2006,

There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 7:14 p.m. to
Tuesday, October 17, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m., for the
Public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
