SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
CLOSED SESSION {610.851
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statue.
1. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.9 (c), the Agency board conferred
with legal counsel concerning a potential enforcement action for tenancy rules
compliance for the Agency property at 26510 Mission Street, San Juan
Capistrano.
2. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the Redevelopment Agency
Board of Directors met with its Real Property negotiator (Executive Director)
concerning the sale (price, square footage, etc.) of certain real properties more
particularly described as APN 121-253-13, 121-253-15, 121-240-39, and 121-
240-73. The agents representing the potential buyers are Michael Pacheco of
Automotive Investment Group (AIG) and Marc Spizzirri of Family Toyota
Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 7:45 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Diane Bathgate, David M. Swerdlin, Sam Allevato,
Vice Chairman Wyatt Hart, Chairman Joe Soto
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; Molly Bogh, Deputy Director;
Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Maria Guevara, Deputy Agency Secretary; John
Shaw, Agency Council; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS
Chairman Soto announced that the Community Redevelopment Agency Board
authorized unanimously an enforcement action for property within the City limits if
deemed necessary by Agency staff.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action. Moved by Director Allevato, seconded by Director Swerdlin and
carried unanimously 5-0, to approve items 1 through 4 as recommended by staff.

SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED JUNE 22, 2006, IN THE AMOUNT

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 7:46 p.m. to
Tuesday, July 18, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m., for the Public
Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
