Chairman Soto called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 8:07 p.m.

BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; Molly Bogh, Deputy Director;
Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer; Meg Monahan, Agency Secretary; John Shaw,
Agency Council; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.

CONSENT CALENDAR
Board Action: Moved by Director Alievato, seconded by Director Swerdiin and
carried unanimously 5-0, to approve items 1 & 2 as recommended by staff.
1. MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF MAY 16, 2006, APPROVED AS
SUBMITTED.
2. ACCOUNTS PAYABLE WARRANTS DATED JUNE 8, 2006, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $5,718.93, RECEIVED AND FILED. (300.30)

PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. RESOLUTION NO. CRA 06-06-20-01 ADOPTED APPROVING THE FISCAL
YEAR 2006-2007 SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OPERATING AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECT BUDGET.

Description: The FY 2006/2007 Community Redevelopment Agency Budget
provides revenue and expenditures projections for the coming year. Staff
recommended the Board adopt a resolution approving the Fiscal Year 2006107

Community Redevelopment Agency Operating and Capital Improvement Project
Budget.
Written Communications: Report dated June 20, 2006, by Cynthia L. Russell,
Finance Officer.
Presentation: Cynthia L. Russell, Finance Officer, summarized the staff report.
Chairman Soto opened the public hearing, and there being no public testimony,
closed the public hearing.
Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Allevato,
and carried unanimously, 5-0, to adopt Resolution No. CRA 06-06-20-01
entitled "A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN
JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ADOPTING
THE FISCAL YEAR 2006107 BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURES
AND APPROPRIATIONS RELATED THERETO."

There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 8:11 p.m. to
Tuesday, July 3, 2006, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m., for the Public
Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
