SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING
Mayor Soto called the Adjourned Regular meeting of the City Council to order at 5:07
p.m.
ROLL CALL
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: David M. Swerdlin, Mayor pro tem Wyatt Hart, and
Mayor Joe Soto. Sam Allevato and Diane Bathgate joined the meeting shortly after roll
call.
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, City Manager; and Meg Monahan, City Clerk. The
City Clerk was excused before Council met in Closed Session.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS - None
CLOSED SESSION (610.85): A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as
authorized by statute:
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, the City Council evaluated the
performance of the City Manager.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS: None
ADJOURNMENT: There being no further business, Mayor Soto adjourned the meeting
at 8:55 p.m. to Tuesday, April 6, 2004, at 5:00 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m.,
for the Public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
