BOARD OF DIRECTORS

CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
The Board met in a Closed Session at 5:30 p.m. for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
1. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b)(2)(A), the Board met with its Legal
Counsel regarding one matter.
Chairman Jones indicated there was no action to report from the Closed Session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned to the next regular
meeting date of Tuesday, November 3, 1998, at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
