The Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Capistrano Valley Water District was called
to order by Chairman Jones at 7:13 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.

Engineering and Building Services; Al King, Director of Community Services; Bill Ramsey, Senior

Works; Gillian E. Rampley, Recording Secretary.
CONSENT CALENDAR
It was moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Greiner, that the staff recommendations
be accepted for the following items listed on the Consent Calendar. The motion carried by the
following vote:
AYES: Directors Swerdlin, Greiner, Hart, and Chairman Jones
NOES: None
ABSENT: Director Campbell
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - REGULAR MEETING OF MARCH 3, 1990 AND
SPECIAL MEETING OF MARCH 24,199
The Minutes of the Regular Meeting of March 3, 1997 and the Minutes of the Special
Meeting of March 24, 1998 were approved as submitted.

There being no further business before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at 7:14 p.m. to the next
