Chairman Bathgate called the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Capistrano
Valley Water District to order at 7:17 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.

Board Action: Moved by Director Swerdlin, seconded by Director Hart and carried
unanimously, 4-0-1, to approve items 1 through 3 as recommended by Staff.

2. PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED FOR THE RECYCLED WATER

AUTHORIZED TO SOLICIT BIDS (600.70)
3. RESOLUTION NO. CVWD 02-01-10-01 ADOPTED ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION
OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CAPISTRANO VALLEY WATER
DISTRICT, ACCEPTING WATER RIGHTS AND PUBLIC WATER EASEMENTS
