The Board met in a Closed Session at 5:30 p.m., for the following purposes as authorized by
Statute:
Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9, the District Board will confer with its
Legal Counsel regarding the status of Mocalis v. Capistrano Valley Water District, et al.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no action to report and no further business before the Board, the meeting was
adjourned at 7:00 p.m., to the next meeting date of Tuesday, May 2, 2000 at 5:30 p.m., in the
City Council Chamber.
