BOARD OF DIRECTORS
SPECIAL MEETING
Chairman Nielsen called the March 17, 2009 Special Meeting of the Board of Directors
of the San Juan Capistrano Public Financing Authority to order at 10:32 p.m. .
ROLL CALL
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Mark Nielsen, Vice Chairman Dr. Lon Uso
and Directors Sam Allevato, Tom Hribar, and Laura Freese present.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
CONSENT CALENDAR - None
BOARD ACTIONS:
C1. RESOLUTION NO. SJPFA 09-03-17-01 ADOPTED APPROVING CERTAIN
DOCUMENTS AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTS IN CONNECTION WITH
EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF AN AMOUNT, NOT TO EXCEED $12,000,000
OF REVENUE CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION, SERIES 2009 (365.40)
Cindy Russell, Treasurer, provided an agenda report and responded to
questions.
Board Action: Moved by Director Freese, seconded by Vice Chairman Uso, and
carried unanimously, to approve Resolution No. SJPFA 09-03-17-01, entitled "A
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO PUBLIC FINANCING AUTHORITY, AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF NOT TO EXCEED $12,000,000 REVENUE
CERTIFICATES OF PARTICIPATION, SERIES 2009 (WATER REVENUE),
APPROVING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS
AND A PRELIMENARY OFFICIAL STATEMENT APPROVING THE TIME AND
PLACE FOR TAKING ELECTRONIC BIDS, APPROVING THE NOTICE
INVITING BIDS AND AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS IN CONNECTION
THEREWITH."
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chairman Nielsen adjourned the meeting at 10:44 p.m.
to Tuesday, June 16, 2009, at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
