BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Chairman Soto called the Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of the San Juan
Capistrano Public Financing Authority to order at 7:56 p.m.
ROLL CALL
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Chairman Soto, Vice Chairman Hart and Directors
Allevato, Bathgate and Swerdlin present.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None
STAFF PRESENT: David Adams, Executive Director; Cynthia L. Russell, Treasurer;
Mitzi Ortiz, Deputy Secretary; and Eileen White, Recording Secretary.
CONSENT CALENDAR
Moved by Director Allevato, seconded by Director Hart, and carried unanimously, 5-0, to
approve item 1 as recommended by staff.
RESOLUTION NO. SJCPFA 04-08-17-01 ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO PUBLIC
FINANCING AUTHORITY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION AND DELIVERY
OF NOT TO EXCEED $23,000,000 REVENUE CERTIFICATES OF
PARTICIPATION, APPROVING THE EXECUTION AND PRELIMINARY
OFFICIAL STATEMENT, APPROVING THE TIME AND PLACE FOR TAKING
ELECTRONIC BIDS, APPROVING THE NOTICE INVITING BIDS AND
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH,"

ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Chairman Soto adjourned the meeting at 7:56 p.m. to
Tuesday, June 21, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. for Closed Session, and 7:00 p.m. for the Public
Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
