SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO CITY COUNCIL
SPECIAL MEETING
Mayor Nielsen called the Special Meeting of the City Council to order at 5,07 p.m, in the
City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Tom Hribar, Laura Freese, Mayor pro
tem Dr. Londres Uso and Mayor Nielsen
COUNCIL MEMBERSIDI RECTORS ABSENT: None
PUBLIC COMMENT: None
CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(c), the City Council conferred
with legal counsel pertaining to the potential initiation of litigation involving one
case
b. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(b), the City Council conferred
with legal counsel pertaining to the potential exposure to litigation by Casitas
Capistrano Association No. Two, Inc. pertaining to the Settlement Agreement of
December 2004.
C. Pursuant to Government Code section 54956.8, the City Council met with its
Real Property Negotiator (City Manager) concerning the terms for the purchase,
sale, exchange or lease of certain real property, Assessor's Parcels Nos. 637-
083-15, 637-082-16, 637-082-17, 637-082-71,
637-082-64, 637-082-65, 637-082-66, 637-082-67 and 637-082-68 located
generally at the northwest boundaries of the City. The property owner is Crystal
Cathedral Ministries.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS : Mayor Nielsen announced
there were no reportable actions taken during closed session.
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business, Mayor Nielsen adjourned the meeting at 6:30 p.m. to
Tuesday, December 16, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. for Regular Meeting, Public Business
Session in the City Council Chamber.
