CLOSED SESSION (610.85): None
Meg Monahan, City Clerk, called the regular meeting of the City Council of the City of
San Juan Capistrano to order at 7:02 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
ROLL CALL
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: None
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: Mayor Wyatt Hart, Mayor pro tem David M. Swerdlin,
and Council Members Allevato, Bathgate, and Soto.
STAFF PRESENT: None
RECESS AND RECONVENE
The City Clerk recessed the meeting at 7:03 p.m. to convene to the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency meeting and reconvened at 7:03 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT
Meg Monahan, City Clerk adjourned the meeting at 7:04 p.m., due to lack of quorum, to
the Special Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 5, 2005, at 5:00 p.m. and then
to the Regular Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 18, 2005, at 5:30 p.m. for
Closed Session and 7:00 p.m. for the Public Business Section, in the City Council
Chamber.
