SPECIAL MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Mayor Allevato called the June 19, 2014, Special Meeting of the City Council to order at
6:07 p.m. in the City Council Chamber. Mayor pro tem Kramer led the Pledge of
Allegiance.

Mayor pro tem Larry Kramer and Mayor Sam Allevato.

Council Member Taylor recused himself and stepped out of the City Council
Chamber due to proximity to his residence.

Council Action: Moved by Mayor pro tem Kramer, seconded by Council
Member Byrnes and carried 3-2 with Council Member Reeve opposed and
Council Member Taylor recused to adopt RESOLUTION 14-06-19-01 entitled " A
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO, CALIFORNIA, INITIATING A GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT

Council Action: Moved by Council Member Reeve, seconded by Mayor pro tem
Kramer and carried unanimously to continue the public hearing to
August 5, 2014.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business Mayor Allevato adjourned the meeting at 10:26 p.m. to
Monday, June 23, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. for an Adjourned Regular meeting, in the
City goruncil Chamber.
