LOWER ROSAN RANCH PROPERTY COMMUNITY WORKSHOP
BUSINESS SESSION :
Mayor Ferguson called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of San Juan Capistrano to order at 5:06 p .m. in the City Council Chamber.
Mayor Pro Tern Farias led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
COUNCIL MEMBERS PRESENT: Mayor Kerry K. Ferguson, Mayor Pro Tern
Sergio Farias, and Council Members Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq ., and
Brian L. Maryott.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None.

DISCUSSION (670. 70) -NO FORMAL ACTION TAKEN
Charlie View , Project Manager, provided an agenda report and responded to
questions. Maria Morris, City Clerk, conducted a random drawing to determine
the order for the presentations.
Frontier Real Estate Investments LLC; Ganahl Lumber, Company; REDA
Acquisitions LLC; Synerglenn Communities LLC; and, Williams Family Partners
LLC, presented their proposed project concept.

ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business Mayor Ferguson adjourned the meeting
at 7:23 p.m. to Tuesday, April 4, 2017, at 3:00 p.m. for Closed Session, and
5:00 m . for a public Business Session, in the City Council Chamber.
