SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called the December 6, 2016, Regular Meeting of the Successor
Agency to the San Juan Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at
7:37 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato,
Vice-Chair John M. Perry and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Board Action: Moved by Board Member Allevato, seconded by Vice-Chair Perry, and
carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 1 through 3, as recommended
by staff.

NOVEMBER 15, 2016, APPROVED
2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR CHECKS AND ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS

There being no further business Chair Ferguson adjourned the meeting at 7:38 p.m. to
Monday, December 12, 2016, at 5:00 p.m. for an Adjourned Regular Meeting; and then
to Tuesday, January 17, 2017, at 5:00 p.m. for the public Business Session, in the
Council Chamber.
