REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called to order the March 7, 2017, the Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 8:36p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Kerry K.
Ferguson and Chair Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Vice-Chair Brian L. Maryott.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Ferguson, seconded by Commissioner
Patterson, and carried 4-0 with Vice-Chair Maryott absent to approve consent calendar
items B1 through B3, as recommended by staff.
