REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Farias called to order the February 7, 2017, the Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 8:49 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Kerry K.
Ferguson, Vice -Chair Brian L. Maryott and Chair Sergio Farias.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.

CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Ferguson, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 131 through B4,
as recommended by staff, with Vice -Chair Maryott and Chair Farias abstaining from
Consent Calendar B1.
