Moved by Council Member Reeve but failed due to lack of a second to direct staff to bring to the City Council a Resolution and Ordinance to restructure and merge the Parks, Recreation, Senior and Youth Services Commission, and the Trails and Equestrian Commission to a seven (7) member Parks, Recreation, Trails and Equestrian Commission; and, revise City Council Policy 202 requiring interviews for the newly merged commission to be conducted in open session meetings by the City Council as a whole.
