REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION :
Vice-Chair Ferguson called to order the November 1, 2016, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 6:49p.m ., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato and
Vice-Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Chair John M. Perry.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action : Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Allevato, and carried 4-0 with Chair Perry absent to approve consent calendar items 1
through 4, as recommended by staff.
