It is a policy of the City Council that employees with 10 or more years of service who
provide long-term service to the City shall be recognized by the City Council with gift
certificates to commemorate their service milestones, as follows:
From 10 years of service on, the following schedule will apply:

10 Years $ 50 15 Years $ 75 20 Years $100 25 Years $150 30 Years $200
The Council may give special recognition upon retirement or end of employment for
appointed municipal officials, department heads, or staff for effective or extraordinary
service during employment of term of office.
