It is a policy of the City Council that Commissions, Committees and Boards shall not
meet more frequently than monthly, with the exception of the Planning Commission and
the Youth Advisory Board. The Investment Advisory Committee shall not meet more
frequently than quarterly. The Design Review Committee and the Transportation
Committee shall only meet as needed. Specials meetings shall be called when a matter
cannot wait until the next scheduled regular meeting. The Investment Advisory Committee
shall not meet more frequently than quarterly.
