It is a policy of the City Council that advisory commissions and board shall elect a
Chairperson and Vice Chairperson from among their members to preside at meetings for
annual terms. The election shall take place within 30 days of the beginning of each term of
the commission or board, and annually thereafter.
The position of Chairman and Vice Chairman shall rotate so that no individual shall
serve more than two consecutive terms as Chairman or Vice Chairman.
