It is a policy of the City Council that public hearings held by Commissions and
Boards, as required under Title 9, Chapter 2 of the San Juan Capistrano Municipal Code,
shall be held after 5:00 p.m. for the convenience and benefit of the public who may want to
testify at the hearing.
