It is a policy of the City Council that items requiring budget amendments which do
not exceed 25% of the total contract amount may be placed on the Consent Calendar at
the discretion of the City Manager. Items requesting budget amendments greater than
25% of the total contract amount are to be placed as departmental items on the City
Council agenda.
