It is a policy of the City Council that the City Manager, after consultation with the
Mayor, shall be responsible for the approval of the City Council Agenda. Any Council
member may have any item placed on a Council Agenda if the City Manager is notified by
the Council member prior to the deadline for submission of items for that Agenda. The City
Manager shall prepare administrative guidelines for the Agenda preparation process.
