SPECIAL MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION :
Chair Perry called to order the May 23, 2016, Special Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 6 :08 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato and
Vice-Chair Kerry K. Ferguson and Chair John M. Perry .
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.

ADJOURNMENT :
There being no further business, Chair Perry adjourned the meeting at 6:09 p.m. to
Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at 5:00 p.m . for the public Business Session, in the
City Council Chamber.
