J ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION
Chair Freese called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the San Juan Capistrano
Oversight Board to the Successor Agency of the San Juan Capistrano Community
Redevelopment Agency at 3:32 p.m. Board Member Thomas led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Lori Doll, Clark Hampton, Kim McCord, Larry Thomas,
Vice-Chair Ginny Kerr and Chair Freese.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: Bruce Tatarian
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.

CONSENT CALENDAR:
1. OVERSIGHT BOARD MINUTES — SPECIAL MEETING OF
MAY 29, 2013.
Board Action: Moved by Board Member Thomas, seconded by Vice-Chair Kerr,
and carried 5-1 with Board Member McCord abstained and Board Member
Tatarian absent to approve the minutes of May 29, 2013.

and carried 6-0 with Board Member Tatarian absent to adopt Oversight Board
Resolution 13-09-24-01 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE OVERSIGHT
BOARD TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY, APPROVING THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY ADMINISTRATIVE
BUDGET FROM JANUARY 1, 2014, TO JUNE 30, 2014, PURSUANT TO
HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION 341770)."

Thomas, and carried 6-0 with Board Member Tatarian absent to adopt Oversight
Board Resolution 13-09-24-02 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE
OVERSIGHT BOARD TO THE SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE SAN JUAN
CAPISTRANO COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY, APPROVING A
RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE FOR THE PERIOD FROM
JANUARY 1, 2014, THROUGH JUNE 30, 2014, (ROPS 13-14B) AND
AUTHORIZING CERTAIN OTHER ACTIONS PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA
HEALTH & SAFETY CODE SECTION 34181(8)."

There being no further business, Chair Freese adjourned the meeting at 4:01 P.M. to
Tuesday. October 22, 2013, at 3:30 p.m, (this meeting was cancelled) for the public
Business Session, in the City Council Chambers.
