SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called to order the October 6, 2015, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 6:54 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato and
Vice-Chair John M. Perry and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Vice-Chair Perry, seconded by Commissioner Allevato,
and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 1 through 3, as
recommended by staff.
