SPECIAL MEETING
CLOSED SESSION: None.
U BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called to order the June 15, 2015, Special Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 1:35 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato,
and Vice-Chair John M. Perry and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
DISCUSSION ITEMS:
1. SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY'S FISCAL YEAR 2014-15
THIRD QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT, RECEIVED AND FILED
Michelle Bannigan, Assistant Finance Director provided a PowerPoint
presentation. Charlie View, Development Services Director, responded to
questions.
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by
Commissioner Allevato, and carried unanimously to receive and file the
Fiscal Year 2014-2015 Third Quarter Financial Report.
2. RESOLUTION SJCHA 15-06-15-01 ADOPTED AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR
2015-2016 ADOPTED BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING EXPENSES AND
APPROPRIATIONS RELATED THERETO (330.20)
Michelle Bannigan, Assistant Finance Director provided a PowerPoint
presentation and responded to questions.
Commission Action: Moved by Vice-Chair Perry, seconded by Commissioner
Allevato, and carried unanimously to adopt Resolution SJCHA 15-06-15-01
entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING
AUTHORITY AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2015-2016 ADOPTED BUDGET
AND AUTHORIZING EXPENSES AND APPROPRIATIONS RELATED
THERETO."

CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Allevato, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar item 1 as recommended
by staff.
1. ANNUAL UPDATED INVESTMENT POLICY OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
HOUSING AUTHORITY, APPROVED (350.30)
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Ferguson adjourned the meeting at 1:52 p.m. to
Tuesdav, August 4, 2015, at 4:00 p.m. for Closed Session, and 5:00 p.m. for the public
Busines Ses ion, in the City Council Chamber.
