SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Ferguson called to order the June 2, 2015, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 10:59 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato,
and Vice-Chair John M. Perry and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Allevato, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 1 through 3, as
recommended by staff.

2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR CHECKS AND ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS

3. CASH AND INVESTMENT REPORT FOR THE MONTH ENDED

There being no further business, Chair Ferguson adjourned the meeting at 11:00 p.m.
to Tuesday, June 16, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. the public Business Session, in the
City Council Chamber.
