SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
SPECIAL MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION.
Chair Byrnes called to order the January 20, 2015, Special Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 3:37 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato,
and Vice-Chair Kerry K. Ferguson and Chair Roy L. Byrnes, M.D.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
PRESENTATION:
131. FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014 AUDIT REPORT BY ROGERS, ANDERSON,
MALODY AND SCOTT, LLP, RECEIVED AND FILED (310.30)
Terry Shea and Juan Romero, Rogers, Anderson, Malody and Scott, LLP,
provided a PowerPoint presentation and responded to questions.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Reeve, seconded by Commissioner
Allevato, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 1 through 3, as
recommended by staff.
1. HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES — REGULAR MEETING OF DECEMBER 2,
2014, APPROVED
2. SJCHA RESOLUTION 15-01-20-01 ADOPTED ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF
THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY, REVISING THE TIME
OF THE REGULAR MEETINGS OF THE COMMISSION AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 12-02-07-02" (610.15)
3. HOUSING SUCCESSOR ANNUAL REPORT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013-2014,
PURSUANT TO CALIFORNIA HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE SECTION

There being no further business, Chair Byrnes adjourned the meeting at 3:38 p.m. to
