SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
SPECIAL MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Byrnes called to order the November 18, 2014, Special Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 2:58 a.m. on November 19, 2014, in the
City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Larry Kramer, John Taylor, Sam Allevato and
Chair Byrnes
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: Vice-Chair Derek Reeve
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Allevato, seconded by Commissioner
Taylor, and carried 4-0 with Vice-Chair Reeve absent to approve consent calendar item
1, as recommended by staff.
1. HOUSING AUTHORITY MINUTES — REGULAR MEETING OF
OCTOBER 7, 2014, APPROVED
BOARD ACTIONS:
1. CONSIDERATION OF THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING
AUTHORITY'S FIRST QUARTER FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE PERIOD
FROM JULY 1, 2014, THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2014 (330.50)
Cindy Russell, Finance Officer, provided a staff report and responded to
questions.
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Allevato, seconded by
Commissioner Kramer, and carried 3-0 with Vice-Chair Reeve absent and
Commission Taylor recused to receive and file the Fiscal Year 2014-2015 First
Quarter Financial Report; and approve adjustments to the San Juan Capistrano
Housing Authority's operating funds as presented.
Commissioner Taylor recused himself due to proximity to his residence.
