SUCCESSOR AGENCY TO THE SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
SPECIAL MEETING
Chair Ferguson called the Special Meeting of the Successor Agency to the San Juan
Capistrano Community Redevelopment Agency to order at 3:39 p.m. in the City Council
Chamber,
ROLL CALL
BOARD MEMBERS PRESENT: Roy L. Byrnes, M.D., Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson,
Esq., and Vice-Chair Sam Allevato and Chair Kerry K. Ferguson.
BOARD MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
ORAL COMM UNICATIONSIPUBLIC COMMENT ON CLOSED SESSION ITEMS.
None.
CLOSED SESSION (610.85)
A Closed Session was held for the following purposes, as authorized by statute:
a. Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 (a),' (d)(2), and (d)(4), the
Successor Agency did not confer with legal counsel to discuss initiating litigation
(1 case) relating to the State Department of Finance.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS: None.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business, Chair Ferguson adjourned the meeting to
Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at 5:00 p.m. for a public Business Session, in the
City Council Chamber.
