SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO HOUSING AUTHORITY
REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Chair Perry called to order the December 1, 2015, Regular Meeting of the
San Juan Capistrano Housing Authority at 7:26 p.m., in the City Council Chamber.
COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Derek Reeve, Pam Patterson, Esq., Sam Allevato and
Vice-Chair Kerry K. Ferguson and Chair John M. Perry.
COMMISSIONERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily heard in that order.
CONSENT CALENDAR:
Commission Action: Moved by Commissioner Patterson, seconded by Vice-Chair
Ferguson, and carried unanimously to approve consent calendar items 1 through 4, as
recommended by staff.

2. CHECK REGISTERS FOR CHECKS AND ELECTRONIC TRANSACTIONS
