SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO CITY COUNCIL
ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING
BUSINESS SESSION:
Mayor Reeve called the Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the
City of San Juan Capistrano to order at 2:08 p.m. in the City Council Chamber.
Mayor Reeve led the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL
COUNCIL. MEMBERS PRESENT: Sam Allevato, Kerry K. Ferguson, John M, Perry,
Mayor pro tem Pam Patterson, Esq. and Mayor Derek Reeve.
COUNCIL MEMBERS ABSENT: None.
Agenda items are presented in the originally agendized format for the benefit of the
minutes' reader, but were not necessarily beard in that order.
ORAL COMMUNICATIONS-.
® Tom Hribar, City resident; and, Rhen Kohan, City resident (submitted
correspondence).
COUNCILMANIC ITEMS:
1. APPOINTMENTS TO THE UTILITIES COMMISSION (110.20)
Maria Morris, City Clerk, provided an agenda report.
Council Action: Moved by Council Member Perry, seconded by
Council Member Allevato, and carried unanimously to appoint with terms ending
March 31, 2017, the following individuals to the Utilities Commission:
Dan Glasgow, Lucian "Jack" Hunt, Raymond Miller, Thomas Nelson, and
Robert Sterzenbach.
2. APPOINTMENTS TO THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE (110.20)
Maria Morris, City Clerk, provided an agenda report.
Council Action: Moved by Council Member Allevato, seconded by
Mayor pro tem Patterson, and carried unanimously to appoint with terms ending
March 31, 2017, the following individuals to the Design Review Committee:
Stan Braden (At Large Member), Robert Cardoza (At Large Member), and
Gerald Muir(At Large Alternate).

PLANNING COMMISSION INTERVIEWS:
1. INTERVIEWS CONDUCTED; AND APPOINTMENTS MADE TO THE
PLANNING COMMISSION (110.20)
The City Council interviewed applicants. Maria Morris, City Cleric, conducted a
ballot process.
Council Action: Moved by Council Member Perry, seconded by
Council Member Ferguson, and carried 4-1 with Council Member Allevato
opposed to appoint the following individuals to the Planning Commission, with
terms ending March 31, 2017: Sheldon Cohen, Lennie aeCaro, Thomas Nelson,
Stephen Rice, Ted Shown, Mark Speros, and Robert Williams.

at 5:03 p.m. to Wednesday, March 25, 2015, at 8:00 a.m. for a Special Meeting,
