This review was made in accordance with the Commission's duties to advise the Board of Directors "on matters concerning the budget, water rates, personnel and other matters as may concern the government of the District." Upon review of the Anderson report, the Commission endorses an adjustment in total compensation for District employees in an average amount of 2.6% to bring their compensation to the median of the surveyed agencies. It is recommended that these adjustments be administered by the General Manager. Additionally, the Commission strongly endorses that out of this average increase of 2.6%, the General Manager be given an increase, his first in three years. Respectfully submitted. William S.
