BETWEEN THE
CAPISTRANO VALLEY WATER DISTRICT AND
CAPISTRANO VALLEY WATER DISTRICT MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES
WHEREAS, the District's General Manager and authorized representative of the
District's Management Employees have met and conferred in good faith and have
reached a mutual understanding concerning certain Employer-Employee matters.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is mutually agreed by the duly authorized District and
Management Employee representative that the following shall constitute their
Memorandum of Understanding for the period of time commencing July 1, 1991
through June 30, 1992:
The District will provide a general increase as follows to active Management
employees, retroactive to July 1, 1991:
SECTION 1. SALARY
Accounting Officer
Administrative Services Manager
District Engineer

Executive Secretary
Field Superintendent
SECTION 2. VACATION
The vacation accrual rate will be as follows:

SECTION 3. AUTOMOBILE ALLOWAIMCE/MILEAGE REIMBURSEMEIMT
The District will increase mileage reimbursement from $0.21 to $0,275 per mile
for miles driven on District business.
SECTION 4. MEDICAL INSURANCE COVERAGE
The District hereby agrees to pay up to the following amounts for medical
insurance:
Exclusive Provider
Coverage (EPO)
Employee/month $173.88
Employee + 1 dependent
per month $376.12
Employee + 2 dependents
per month $501.17
SECTION 5. PENSION PLAN CONTRIBUTIONS
The District agrees to pay up to the following share of Management employee's
retirement contribution beginning July 1, 1991:
0 through 2 years service - 7.8%
After 2 years service - 9.8%
SECTION 6. CONTINUATION OF BENEFITS
All fringe benefits previously granted and currently in effect to Management
employees shall remain in full force and effect for fiscal year 1991-92,
notwithstanding other provisions of the Memorandum.

SECTION 7. SEPARABILITY
The provisions contained in the Memorandum have been bargained for and
agreed to independently and no particular clause, condition, or agreement is
contingent or dependent upon any other; therefore, should any such clause, condition,
or agreement be held to be void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms and
conditions of the Memorandum shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 8. TERM OF MEMORANDUM
The Memorandum of Understanding shall be in effect from July 1, 1991 to
June 30, 1992.
