SUBJECT: 1990-91 Memorandums of Understanding with District Employees
SITUATION
Negotiations with the District's General Employees for the 1990-91 Memorandum of Understanding is nearing completion. It is expected that one final meeting with the employee representatives will be held prior to the Board meeting to finalize any loose ends.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Expected levels of increased compensation to employees were approved in the 1990-91 Budget.
ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS
1. Approve the Memorandum of Understanding for the District's General employees and authorize the Chairman to sign the Memorandum.
2. Request additional information from Staff.
RECOMMENDATION
By motion, approve the Memorandum of Understanding for the District's General employees and authorize the Chairman to sign the Memorandum.
