SUBJECT: 1990-91 Memorandums of Understanding with District Employees
SITUATION
Negotiations with both the District's General Employees and Management
Employees for the 1990-91 Memorandums of Understanding are essentially
complete. It is expected that one final meeting with the employee representatives
will be held prior to the Board meeting to finalize any loose ends.
FINANCIAL CONSIDERATIONS
Expected levels of increased compensation to employees were approved in the 1990--
91 Budget.
ALTERNATIVE ACTIONS
1. Approve the Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) for 'both the District's
General and Management employees and authorize the Chairman to sign the
MOUS.
2. Request additional information from Staff.
RECOMMENDATION
By motion, approve the Memorandums of Understanding (MOUS) for both the
District's General and Management employees and authorize the Chairman to sign
the MOUs.
