FOR A VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
Richard B. Williams and Dessie M. Williams, husband and wife
as tenants in common
do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO, a perpetual easement and right of way for
slope easement purposes in, on and over the real property in the City
of San Juan Capistrano, County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Commencing at a point in the center line of McKinley Avenue (now known
as Del Obispo Street), said point being the beginning of the first
mentioned curve in Parcel 2 as described in deed to County of Orange
recorded September 10, 1930 in Book 418, page 276 of Official Records
of Orange County, California; thence along said center line South
34°04'00" West 208.85 feet; thence North 56016'00" West 40.00 feet to
the Northwesterly line of Del Obispo Street, being the true point of
beginning; thence North 56°16'00" West 8.00 feet; thence North 34°04'00"
East 30.00; thence North 24°04'00" East 202.00 feet; thence North 69004'00"
East 109.97 feet to the Northwesterly line of said Del Obispo Street;
thence South 34'04'00" West 29.97 feet along said Northwesterly line to
a nontangent curve therein concave Southeasterly and having a radius of
330.00 feet, a radial line from said curve bears South 41°47'32" East;
thence Southwesterly along said curve through a central angle of 14008'28"
a distance of 81.45 feet to the end of said curve; thence North 55°56'00"
West 10.00 feet to an angle point in said Northwesterly line of Del
Obispo Street; thence South 34°04'00" West 209.08 feet to the true point
of beginning.
