FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of Ten Dollars
'(S10,00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged,
CHARLES R. WILLIAMS,
as to an undivided one-half interest,
and
DOROTHY M. WILLIAMS, his wife,
as to an undivided one-half interest,
DO HEREBY GRANT TO:
The CITY OF SAN JUAN CAPISTRANO,
a Municipal Corporation,
an easement for Sewer Main purposes, ten feet (101) in width,
in, over, under, across and through the real property described
as Parcel 3 as bequeathed to Charles R. Williams, in the matter
of the Estate of Guy Williams, Decree of Settlement of Account
-and Final Distribution, filed with the County Clerk of Orange
County, California, on July 3, 1953, the center line of said
easement is described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the southerly line of said
Parcel 3, thereon N 890 521 W 5.21 feet from the southeas-
terly corner of said Parcel 3, said southeasterly corner be-
ing in the westerly line of the 60 foot right-of-way of the
Atchison, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway; thence from said point
of beginning N 160 091 W 575.86 feet more or less, along a line
drawn parallel to and distant 5.00 feet westerly, measured at
right angles to the westerly line of said Atchison, Topeka &
Santa Fe right-of-way, to an intersection with the quarter
point of a diagonal line bearing N 320 091 W and marking the

boundary of the right-of-way of the Atchiscon, Topeka & Santa
Fe Railway, where said right-of-way widens from 30 feet to 54
feet on the westerly side,
